My Cheltenham based client are looking for energetic and enthusiastic sales driven people to join their team as a B2B Development Executive.


As a B2B Development Eaxecutive you will be sourcing and generating your own prospects and will need to be self-motivated, have excellent time management and a professional phone manner.


Benefits:


  • Base salary up to £22,000 per annum, depending upon experience plus uncapped Commission
  • Base salary increased to £25,000 after 3 months probationary
  • Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with a potential early finish on Fridays
  • 33 days' annual leave, including bank holidays

  • Regular Social Events

Your main responsibilities will consist of:

  • Generating new business opportunities and appointments
  • Researching new client opportunities (LinkedIn, media, press, etc.)
  • Developing client relationships
  • Working with the Sales Team providing accurate data on all prospective clientele
  • Meeting realistic sales targets

The successful applicant must be:


  • Ability to work under pressure within a sales / target driven environment
  • Successful sales track record
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confident in both written and spoken language
