My Cheltenham based client are looking for energetic and enthusiastic sales driven people to join their team as a B2B Development Executive.
As a B2B Development Eaxecutive you will be sourcing and generating your own prospects and will need to be self-motivated, have excellent time management and a professional phone manner.
Benefits:
- Base salary up to £22,000 per annum, depending upon experience plus uncapped Commission
- Base salary increased to £25,000 after 3 months probationary
- Working hours Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm with a potential early finish on Fridays
- 33 days' annual leave, including bank holidays
- Government pension scheme
- Regular Social Events
Your main responsibilities will consist of:
- Generating new business opportunities and appointments
- Researching new client opportunities (LinkedIn, media, press, etc.)
- Developing client relationships
- Working with the Sales Team providing accurate data on all prospective clientele
- Meeting realistic sales targets
The successful applicant must be:
- Ability to work under pressure within a sales / target driven environment
- Successful sales track record
- Excellent telephone manner
- Confident in both written and spoken language
