You will work across Private Assets with a particular focues on Private Debt (but backgrounds from PE, RE, Infrastructure will all be considered).

You will Structure new Investment Products.

Example project:

a big institutional investor likes the firm's comingled funds but wants its own fund, so you will need to structure that new fund, be client facing, manage term negotiations, valuation modelling etc.

Ideal background:

The role can be hired at Director or Senior Director level; so any experience 7 years + but could be significantly more.
Extensived Private Markets knowlegde is essential.
Financial modelling is essential.
