We are actively looking to secure a Change Manager to join Experis as one of our expert consultants, delivering services to our clients.
Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally.

Role Overview
This role plays a critical part in enabling our people strategy by driving change within the business through the implementation of SuccessFactors including the following modules: Employee Central, Recruitment, On-Boarding and improvements to our learningmanagement system.
As a Change Manager, you will have the autonomy to create a structured change management approach, ensuring the change is fully understood and driving the change into the business by delivering a training and communications plan.
Role Responsibilities
- Establish the change management strategy, approach, and tools to capture the change impact and readiness
- Supporting the development of tailored plans for deployment and change, in line with overall programme timelines, activities and milestones
- Manage the change team to execute the change, training, and communications plan
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure the changing is meeting what they need, and they are bought into the change
- Identify risks which would impact the success of the change
- Support in resolving change risks which may include solutions from process, people, or technology perspective
- Demonstrate the solution to executive teams and partake on roadshows across the business to drive adoption and land the change
- Review and sign off any training or communications which are being delivered to support the change
- Be the designated specialist for change providing support to workstream leads when challenges arise
- Coach, mentor and support members of the team to develop their change management capabilities

Experience
- Proven track record of delivering change and communications interventions
- Experience in a change management role within large scale transformation programmes
- Projects and programmes as a change / communications lead
- SuccessFactors experience is highly desirable
