Registration Officer (Contact Centre)

Location:
Flexible hybrid environment, with 1-2 days per week in our Wilmslow head office.

Salary range
:
£21,175-£22,402 pa
, with potential for further progression.

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (with flexitime, part time hours are also available)

The Registration Officer role

Our Registration Officers are the heart of our organisation and the first point of contact for businesses with queries about the data protection fee.

Reporting to a Team Manager, you will give our customers advice, support and guidance about the rules and processes for fee payers, over phone and live chat.

You will also spend time away from our live services, processing payments and maintaining fee payers' records.

Our Registration Officers are:

  • Excellent communicators with the confidence to provide advice and support to our customers.
  • Keen to learn, and able to understand and explain complex rules and guidelines.
  • Flexible and able to work across multiple priorities.
  • Customer champions, putting the needs of our customers at the heart of what they do.
