We have ambitious growth plans andas such are looking for a LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT to join us in our Reading office.

What you'll be doing:

Conduct bespoke individual coaching sessions
Demonstrating executive maturity in and outside of work
Deliver the preacademy training sessions
Take a lead role in the training of rookie Consultants
Support Consultants in all aspects of their role
Provide Consultants and their Managers with both verbal and written feedback highlighting strengths and development areas
Report effectively to the Head of Training on progression and development of all consultants
Conduct Training needs analysis on individuals and make recommendations based on your findings
Work with the Head of Training on specific projects
Design and deliver classroom training materials
