About The Role:

Falmouth Exeter Plus are seeking to recruit a

Housekeeper to join our busy and focused Facilities and Residences team.


Based at the Glasney Halls of Residence at the Penryn Campus, this is a key role in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the accommodation during student residence and the summer conferencing period.

The successful applicant will ensure that cleaning tasks are completed within deadlines and to an expected standard in line with service and Health and Safety requirements.

It is a varied role and represents a great opportunity to join a close knit team within a first class working environment.

About You:


  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures
  • Excellent customer care skills
  • Good communication skills with both staff and students
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
  • Experience of basic administrative work

This post is offered on a permanent, part-time, 30 hours per week contract working 9.00am to 15.30pm, 5 over 7 days.


Due to the nature of the role, you will also be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service Check.
