Little Kickers are recruiting a Football Coaching Manager to manage a team of coaches based across Hertsmere, North & North West London.


Little Kickers are a franchise based business - we operate across North & North West London delivering over 100 classes weekly.

Due to substantial growth we are now seeking an engaging and positve individual to join the business.


We pride ourselves on being a fun and interactive coaching company and seek individuals that are full of energy and love working with children aged 18months - 7 yrs.

Further duties to include

  • Recruiting for Lead & Assistant Coaches
  • Assisting in Performance Management of the coaching team
  • Training new staff for your area
  • Liaise with the management team regularly
  • Cover hours for sickness, leave etc
  • Provide feedback to coaches
  • Assist in moving equipment, badges, first aid supplies across your area as required.
This is a new role with the potential to grow extensively for the right person.


The ideal Person?

  • Positive outgoing attitude
  • LOVES to work with children
  • Experienced or recently qualified football coach
  • Willing to be flexible in their approach to work
