Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the site services and resolve any issues that may arise. Site services such as; Post, Reception, Cleaning, Vending, Stationary, Office Services, Waste, Hard Services, in line with SLA's/KPIs
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors to our clients London head office location providing a professional warm welcome to the venue
  • Assist clients and visitors with badges by liaising with the landlord security team and direct/escort them to a meeting room or their event host
  • Manage the room bookings and client requests in accordance with set guidelines to ensure first class customer service
  • Carry out routine checks of meeting rooms and customer areas to maintain standards and availability of services. Ensuring meeting rooms are presentable for next guests
  • Control & Management of site financial budget ensure deadlines are met and ownership is shown
  • Raising of Purchase Orders and Smartsheet's (client funded works)
  • Control & Management of thirdparty contractors
  • Completion of H&S paperwork and escorting around site
  • Full compliance in accordance with all Health & Safety and Environmental requirements. Completion of required monthly Health & Safety documents within time frame. (Monthly workplace Inspection, Monthly Hazard Reporting and Safety Observations)
  • Manage and maintain the compliance tracker for site
  • Daily monitoring of site work orders both on SI7 and Vantage systems to ensure account KPI's are met
  • Support and communicate with clients, customer base with your area of responsibility
  • Maintain performance standards to ensure Customer expectations are exceeded
  • Support all CBRE platforms; SI7, Smartsheet, Vantage, MYHSE, Elogbooks, Harbour
  • Develop and maintain successful working relationships with the client, key stakeholders, customers, landlord representatives and, suppliers
  • Weekly Utilization to be performed
  • Assist and prepare hospitality requests as/when required
  • Management of elogbooks working closely with technical team for reviews / updates

Ideal experience

  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • 5 years in a similar position in a FM or related services environment
  • Good knowledge of SLA's/KPI's
  • Good understanding of contracts and negotiations
  • Experience in dealing with suppliers/contractors


  • PC literate

  • Microsoft systems
  • Competence in oral and written skills
  • Ability to work to pressured deadlines
  • Having a Flexible approach to ensure time critical projects are appropriately supported
  • Must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience of dealing with customers within a corporate environment with a high emphasis on customer service
