Joining a dedicated team responsible for providing technical solutions and strategies to help clients achieve their digital marketing objectives, the role will include supporting integrating new clients across digital marketing platforms, managing the technicalrelationship with existing clients, driving automation initiatives, and providing technical sales support.


Role responsibilities:


  • Developing scripts, maintaining database tables, and processing data feeds to support new client initiatives
  • Integrating clients into the system: designing, developing, implementing, and testing technical solutions based on client and business requirements
  • Ongoing support & maintenance of existing clients
  • Ensuring the quality and efficiency of your output meets internal service levels
  • Conceptualising automation projects to be used companywide
  • Troubleshooting technical setups
  • Establishing and cultivating relationships with clients' technical teams

Role requirements:


  • Client focused with some technical support experience
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Possess strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Possess good working knowledge of databases and SQL
  • Have strong coding skills (HTML and JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (PHP, shell, python) is a bonus
