An award winning Legal 500 practice is looking to hire a Corporate Solicitor for its dynamic, Partner-led team based in St Albans.

The firm can offer a range of fantastic benefits, a leading regional salary, and a generous bonus scheme.

You will ideallybe a corporate Solicitor with - 4 years' PQE, which should include solid transaction experience gained in a similarly well-regarded practice.

The role will see you work closely with the firm's other teams and deal with M&A work, MBO/MBI, and acquisition and disposal work for a broad range of clients including start-ups, SMEs, and large commercial organisations.

You will ideally be involved in marketing and business development activities, and the firm can offer excellent ongoing support and career development.
