Lower Meadow Primary is a forward thinking and rapidly developing school.

We are seeking to appoint a part-time Teaching Assistant who will support the development of children in class and through specific interventions.

Our Teaching Assistants:

Establish productive working relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectations
Support children consistently whilst recognising and responding to their individual needs
Liaise with teachers to deliver activities to support pupils' learning, and provide the teachers with feedback on impact
Model and promote positive values, attitudes and behaviour.
Have recent, relevant and successful experience in a primary school setting
Build and maintain successful working relationships with pupils
Support the inclusion of all pupils, including those with specific needs
Want to make a real difference
Promote good behaviour and deal promptly with conflicts and incidents
Utilise strategies to support pupils in achieving learning goals.
