What You'll Do
- Resource Management of internal employees and external project resources
- Finance accountability correct cross charging of projects
- Demand Management ensuring all new demand has the required acceptance criteria
- Portfolio Planning support during the annual planning cycles
- Ensuring there is a significant amount of resources for the Portfolio projects, this will be in line with the capex budget
- Ensure that all projects/people are capitalisable against the set capitalisation targets.
Who You Are
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills with Senior stakeholders
- Strong finance skills to manage a birds eye view of the Portfolio health status
- Innovative problem solving skills
- Experience with Change Management
