Sevenoaks site.

Key responsibilities_

  • Daytoday management of the purchasing inbox.
  • Managing a wide range of small to large supplier accounts.
  • Chasing overdue orders with suppliers and updating the relevant person within the company.
  • Managing all supplier invoices in MRP.
  • Transferring invoices from MRP to Sage.
  • Processing supplier credits.
  • Supporting the sales team with customer credit card payments.
  • Entering customer payments into Sage.
  • Transferring customer invoices from MRP to Sage.
  • Generating and sending customer invoices and statements.
  • Booking freight collections.
  • General office administration when required.

  • Excellent attention to detail with good analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively and collaboratively alongside team members.
  • Friendly, personable, positive approach.
  • Responding efficiently and effectively to requests from team members.
  • Ability to follow company policies.
  • Interested in Sustainability.
  • Enjoy a fastpaced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Professional phone manner.
Experience in these fields would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.
