Job Locations:

UK-Exeter Job Profile:
Calling existing customers to book a review for their current mortgages

Calling new customer enquiries to book an appointment with a financial consultant

Building relationships with team members and financial consultants within our retention team and across the business

Meeting business targets set


The skills required:
Excellent customer service skills

Outstanding telephone manner

Proven telephone sales skills

Organisational and time management

Hours

  • 37.5 hours per week. Team coverage 7 Monday to Thursday, Friday, 1 Saturday
  • Hybrid home/office working available depending on location

Full system and product training provided


Salary:
Basic salary plus uncapped bonus (OTE £25,000pa)
