A fantastic opportunity to join a leading property PR Consultancy. As Head of Social you would be working to expand the social function out. Improving functions, capabilities and outputs for the agency.


You will be responsible for:

  • Growing the social media division and implement creative solutions for client projects,
  • Support colleagues during pitches to potential clients and new digital & social media opportunities.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of social media strategies (organic, paid, influencer) for clients.
  • Direct the creation, curation, and publishing of highquality and shareable content across all social media platforms.
  • Grow, manage, mentor and lead a team of digital & social media specialists
  • Maintain an internal training and education culture for social media to continually advance understanding within the agency through staying up to date with the latest social media trends and algorithm changes
  • Act as the key contact point for strategic guidance on social media, advising colleagues and clients on best practices and industry changes and sharing knowledge with the wider business
To be considered for the role you will match the following:

  • Experience in both B2B and B2C social media activations in a senior role in an agency
  • Proven experience of creating and delivering successful specific B2B/B2C campaigns for clients
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of social media, networks, paid social and influencers.
  • Experience in contributing to clients/projects, navigating key stakeholders
  • The ability to contribute at a senior level and help provide strategic direction to the company.
  • Excellent drafting and reviewing skills whether in preparing social media strategies, pitch material or proposal documents
