An exciting opportunity for an experienced, creative and enthusiastic Business Support Officer has become available to join Shrewsbury Community Mental Health Services.

This post is working with the two teams in Shrewsbury - Central East and West and Rural.


Our service provides assessment and evidence based interventions for people who presenting with complex mental health difficulties that are significantly impacting on their daily life alongside our partner organisations.

The post holder will establish and maintain a business support infrastructure necessary to assist the Shrewsbury Community Mental Health Services in meeting the Trust's objectives and targets.

This will include the development of systems and processes to monitor performance against the Trust's Key Performance Indicators.


To analyse reports and extract data from all report formats for all Key Performance Indicators (Quantity & Quality) and feed this back to the Service Leads in a format that can be used within the Team for planning and supervision purposes.

To escalate performance/compliance issues as necessary via the Service Leads.
