Financial Planning Administrator - Manchester, United Kingdom - Ortus PSR
Description
You will provide efficient administrative support for financial planners to assist delivery of bespoke solutions to clients as part of the financial advice process.
Your role will be to support the financial planner in the development of valuable and long-termbusiness relationships with clients by being a key point of contact for general queries.
If successful you will be working in a small team with the key tasks of providing efficient support to the financial planners liaising with the customer and maintaining accurate customer records.
In order to do well in the position you will be organised and able to confidently manage relations with the Financial Planner, the Paraplanner, and the client.
To be considered:
Knowledge and experience of financial products and services, processes, procedures, and regulations in a financial planning environment
Ability to prioritise
Knowledge of compliance issues
Relationship management skills
