What is the purpose of the role?


Working in a busy customer focused contact centre, the purpose of the Customer Experience Coordinator is to provide preventative complaints, feedback and enquiry services, in addition to ensuring organisational compliance for complaints and customer feedback processes.


Why is the role important?


The role is based within the busy Multi Channel Contact Centre and is responsible for providingour customers with excellent levels of service in an empathetic and caring way.

It is responsible for ensuring learning from customer feedback, suggestions and complaints is embedded to help shape service reviews and improvements throughout the organisation.
