The Department of Organisation, Work and Technology and the Division of Health Research at Lancaster University are seeking a Senior Lecturer in Sustainable Work within the Centre for Organisational Health & Well-being.

Sustainable work means achieving working conditions that support people in engaging and remaining in work throughout an extended working life with a primary focus on healthy work design, job quality and developing a responsible/ethical work culture.

We are particularly keen to recruit researchers in areas including work and health policy, and responsible leadership for the promotion of sustainable work and well-being.
