QUALITATIVE RESEARCH DIRECTOR

UP TO £70,000 + BENEFITS

LONDON (Hybrid)

THE COMPANY
I am working with a boutique research consultancy whose clientele is the top FMCG and healthcare brands.

They are the leaders in qualitative online research and are looking for a research manager to help clients connect with their customers using innovativeand cutting-edge insight tools.

The role will focus on strategy, positioning, comms, and innovation.

It will involve managing research projects from the project design stage through to the execution, analysing this data, and presenting the insights back toclients.


THE ROLE

In this role you will:

  • Lead client research projects end to end
  • Manage and own client relationships
  • Manage team members through research projects from inception to completion
  • Lead on research design, moderation and analysis
  • Take ownership of debrief and final presentations
  • Help to build out a research team

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • A wealth of experience and an indepth understanding of qual research
  • Have a strong interest in new technologies, tools, and platforms
  • Have experience in strategy, positioning, communication, and innovation
