Responsibilities will include:


  • Distributing event day accreditation
  • Completing ID checks before handing out accreditation
  • Dealing with queries from staff and fans within reception area
  • Spot checking and validating event day accreditation during event
  • Liaising with the Accreditation Co-Ordinator to ensure any concerns are reported immediately
  • Stewards room support distribution of steward equipment, such as radios, jackets, tablets
  • Assist with the checking of steward agency deployment
  • Assisting with adhoc duties at the event in reception, stewards room and safety team office, such as Answering telephones and sorting and separating matchday accreditation

Successful applicants on a casual worker basis must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Skills and expertise
  • relevant customer service experience
  • Administration experience within a fast paced, pressurised environment
  • Teamwork and drive results working in a fast paced and busy environment, desire to achieve targets
  • Live the values live and breathe 'The Arsenal Way', have an understanding of football, and be able to demonstrate Club knowledge and history is desirable
  • The availability and flexibility to work evenings, weekdays and weekends.
  • Exceptional organisation skills, including the proven ability to manage a fastpaced and varied workload
  • Ability to communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, adapting style and approach as and when required.
  • Experience in a public facing role.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexible approach to work with a passion for high volume and fast paced operational environment and a proven commitment to teamwork.
  • Flexible attitude to working hours.
  • Sound general administration and record keeping skills.

Hours - Event Day only
Please note successful applicants will be required to undergo a DBS check, Right to work check and reference checks.
