Description
The Role:
- Oversee the production of content for regulatory documents and knowledge sharing with customers.
- Collate and edit content from across the business to form useful information in a creatively engaging format.
- Create biweekly corporate social content.
- Manage multiple agency relationships to support in creative, content and media.
The Person:
- Available for a fixed term contract of 12 months +.
- Experience of creating customer communications across multiple channels.
- Proven producing content on a complex or regulated product area.
The Location & Flexibility:
This Customer Communications Manager job is offering hybrid working with two days per week required in the Leeds City Centre based office.
