Description

The Role:

  • Oversee the production of content for regulatory documents and knowledge sharing with customers.
  • Collate and edit content from across the business to form useful information in a creatively engaging format.
  • Create biweekly corporate social content.
  • Manage multiple agency relationships to support in creative, content and media.

The Person:

  • Available for a fixed term contract of 12 months +.
  • Experience of creating customer communications across multiple channels.
  • Proven producing content on a complex or regulated product area.

The Location & Flexibility:


This Customer Communications Manager job is offering hybrid working with two days per week required in the Leeds City Centre based office.

The office is easily accessible by public transport with links to Huddersfield, York, Harrogate, Sheffield and Manchesterlocations.
