We are seeking a dedicated Caretaker to join our small team. As Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining and overseeing the upkeep of our facilities. This role requires a combination of mechanical knowledge, customer service skills, and leadership abilities.

- Experience with plumbing, electricity and basic DIY skills preferred
- Good customer service skills to interact with hirers and address their needs
- Familiarity with electrical systems is a plus
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problemsolving situations
- Strong leadership skills to supervise contractors and other maintenance staff
