Description
The post holder will require factual and theoretical knowledge in broad contexts within a field of work.

Work is guided by standard operating procedures, protocols or systems of work, but the worker makes judgments, plans activities, contributes to service development and demonstrates self-development.

You will have responsibility for supervision of some staff.


You will manage a team of Health Advisors and Service Advisors, based across the LCW estate and will provide real time performance management, visible and accessible leadership and coaching to staff in the team.

This may be face to face and virtual environments. You will be experienced in the use of Clinical Decision Support Systems and local decision-making protocols.


You will ensure efficient, high quality, safe service delivery with adherence to National Quality Requirements and organisation key performance indicators.

You will be required to follow a programme or learning and development, which will enable you to complete the required service competences.
