Accounts Assistant - Full Time - Permanent
Spectrum Vehicle Repairers offer restoration to commercial vehicles from Light Commercial Vehicles to Heavy Goods Vehicles. We currently have three sites, split between Grays, Essex and Sidcup, Kent.

We are currently looking to add an Accounts Assistant, on a full time basis, to our current team of 3.

The role will mainly focus around Bank Reconciliations and Sales Ledger, however there will also be exposure to the wider aspects of the finance function.

The role will report direct into the Financial Controller and will be officed based at our premises in Grays, Essex.

The main duties of the role include:

• Posting bank receipts and payments, and reconciliation of all bank accounts and credit cards across the Group of Companies.
• Management and reconciliation of sales finance account.
• Posting and full reconciliation of intercompany loan accounts.
• Submission of sales invoices and statements to customers and managing customer relationship, assisting with arising queries.
• Completing credit checks and set up of new customer accounts.
• Providing support to Financial Controller.
• Confident in using Microsoft Excel (Essential), Outlook and Word.
• Excellent communication skills, with previous exposure to working with external parties.
• SAGE 50 experience beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• AAT Qualified preferred but not essential.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
