We're recruiting for a dedicated individual to join our Aramark UK HR team as a part-time national field HR Advisor for our Defence and Judicial services sector.

Aramark is a global company providing world-class food and facilities services to our clients. We operate in Defence, Judicial, healthcare, education, corporate business and entertainment industries. This role supports our UK Defence sector

This is a
part-time field role (21 hours per week) working in the defence sector with travel within Scotland and Northern Ireland.

A driver's license will be required. We can be flexible with the hours worked.

A day in the life of a HR Advisor:

Support the Senior HR lead in the national delivery of all people plan activities
Advising and coaching regional stakeholders to deliver the best in people practice
Managing a large ER caseload in conjunction with our central HR shared service
Supporting TUPE
Supporting change programmes
Involvement in HR team national people projects such as wellbeing, enrichment, compensation, peoplefocused policies and processes and much more

You're perfect for this role if you:

are looking to develop your technical experience of all areas of people practice on a national scale with autonomy to manage your role and develop senior stakeholder relationships within a supportive environment

- have experience working with corporate clients in complex matrix organisation
- have broad generalist experience in a variety of areas, including ER, TUPE, union relationships and managing change
