Business Development Executive
We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our busy sales team. We need resilient, goal-oriented sales talent representatives with experience in solution sales and opportunity generation within a b2b capacity.


The role involves contacting prospective business clients to introduce them as a market leading organisation that can open the gateway to savings and cost effective practice.

This is a professional environment in key business services.

£23k plus an on-target estimated commission potential of 35k per annum

TRUE progression path to BDM (£30K Base plus a double OTE) based on target achievement

Training - 2 weeks of classroom-style training followed by ongoing support and 1-to-1 shadowing.


Objectives Of This Role

  • Contact existing business clients through phone and prospecting them by identifying correct senior stakeholders and decision makers
  • Solution sales techniques in order identify then to pitch and understand pain or pressure points where we can assist.
  • Close on qualified appointments for Area Sales/Regional Sales Managers to review and secure the contract
  • Show strong tenacity in building pipelines within the CRM diarising callbacks and future relationships
  • Professionally representing a market leader speaking with senior delegates that may include Managing Directors, Finance Directors and Chief Financial Officers
  • Showcase maturity and selfdiscipline/organisation where micromanagement is not required
  • Look to book qualified meetings that 'Sit' in the field
  • Looking to generate commission by successful signups and overall revenue value
