Within your role as Service Team Leader, you will form a key part of the placemaking culture, improving the client and customer touchpoint journey across the retail branches, actively seeking opportunities to improve service experience for the Branch Managers and customers.

You will lead the cleaning team, ensuring that the expectations of the customer are met and exceeded, building strong relationships with Branch Managers through consistent and proactive engagement and effectively managing resource and periodic cleaning to deliver an efficient and effective service.
***
You will be highly visible throughout the branch network, leading by example through actively cleaning with your team, demonstrating expectations, and constantly engaging with each of your Placemakers to drive a culture of high standards and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Plan week ahead in terms of cleaning resource. Report up the chain to their manager (Hub Manager/Hub Leader)

Check stock in cleaning cupboard. Travel between branches

May visit 3 branches in a day

Engagement with Branch Manager is crucial

Positive attitude and engaging personality is important

Supervising and leading cleaning teams on site

Driving culture of teamwork and responsibility

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications

Experience in leading a cleaning team

Excellent communication skills

Driving License Required

Ideally 5 years experience in a cleaning role

Experience in resource management

Passionate about customer service

Experience in a customer service role preferred
