Continuous Improvement Lead

Job title:
Continuous Improvement Lead (Endeavour)


Location:
Barrow-In-Furness, we offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements.

What you'll be doing:


  • You will develop new ways to support organisational changes in the Platform team
  • Support the role out of new risk processes in Supply Chain
  • Support development and rollout of Product Management & Controls processes
  • Formalise opportunity management and agree standard approach
  • Understand Endeavour KPIs and support with developmentremove single point of failure currently in team
  • Product Own for STSC (securing the Supply Chain) digital tool set
- working with IM&T to develop digital tools to support STSC

  • Develop methods/tools to track benefits of changes made by the programme
  • Engage with Senior Leadership team to agree a method of Benefit tracking where required
  • Engage with SDA where appropriate

Your skills and experiences:


Essential:


  • You will have High level analytical ability and experience (Excel)
  • Good Project Management Skills
  • A Proven track record of Continuous Improvement delivery
  • Working knowledge of business improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
  • Working Knowledge of Change Management Principles

Desirable:


  • Undertaken training in Leadership
  • Lean Six Sigma experience (green belt/Black belt) and /or Lean Practitioner

Operational Excellence Team:


You will be part of a team that is responsible for working alongside internal and external consultants in order to develop cost management and savings models to directly impact the dreadnought programme.

You will also engage with senior leaders to help develop cost improvement strategies
