45 hours (Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 18:00pm, 30 minutes unpaid break)

The Role Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will lead by example in carrying out the full range of duties required within the Warehouse on a daily basis and to a high standard, but also support with staff supervision.
Key Duties:
- Assisting the Warehouse Manager with the running of the warehouse operation
- Ensure your team are 100% compliant with our H&S, warehouse & cleaning procedures, processes and quality standards
- Supervise all warehouse operations
- Communicate job expectations clearly
- Ensure all employees are working to the required standard, address poor performance and conduct if required in a professional constructive manner
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, despatching and assuring quality of goods
- Ensuring daily productivity targets and service levels are achieved
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Give regular feedback to the Warehouse Manager regarding any areas of concern and suggested actions
- In the absence of the Warehouse Manager, to lead and take full responsibility for all aspects of the department
- Communicate with relevant departments and project managers
- Be flexible to alter shifts where applicable if required
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in Supervising or team leading
- Ability to efficiently lead a team, delegate, supervise and keep staff motivated
- Ability to learn new systems and changes to processes
- Proactive in improving current processes
- Fully PC literate across different platforms (Google suite and/or experience using Current
- A 'can do' attitude and solutionoriented mindset
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and organise workload
- Reliability and dependability
- Full driving licence
- Forklift licence
- Knowledge and use of Current RMS
- Any industry standard qualifications (plant tickets, H&S, first aid etc)
