We now have an opportunity for a HR Information Systems Lead to join our Quality Compliance and Improvement Team.

As part of this busy team, you will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver a responsive service to our colleagues within the organisation.

The position is integral to support the information management of CrossReach.

The postholder will be pivotal in managing and developing the HR Systems utilised within the organisation that provide the information necessary to inform decision making of management and ensure compliance with policy, legislation and the requirements of regulatory bodies.


This role therefore demands excellent communication skills at a variety of levels within CrossReach as you work closely with colleagues and managers to deliver an efficient and effective service that equips the organisation to have the right information in the right format at the right time.


Ideally, you will have experience of developing and maintaining an electronic software system and be organised, flexible with great customer focus.

We are a small team with a varied remit, so you will need to be an enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and ability to be flexible and responsive to changing requirements.

We are currently operating a hybrid working arrangement with staff working between home and the office.
