Up to £26k DOE | Remote | IT Support for a Managed IT Support Provider
Ambitious MSP (Managed Service Provider) looking to recruit 2nd Line support team members. Remote role with office travel once a month to spend time with team and colleagues.

Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers (including Hyper-V or equivalent), MicrosoftWindows Desktops, Office365, Backup Software, Antivirus software and experience working with Firewalls.


Tech Support - 1st Line Responsibilities include: -

  • 1st Line support for Windows Desktops, Laptops, Hardware and Software
  • 1st Line support for Office 365 Admin
  • Writing/Updating user and system documentation
  • SLAbased technical support calls

Tech Support - 1st Line Requirements include: -

  • Basic networking including TCP/IP and DNS
  • Basic server administration
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
