Description
The purpose of the role will be to assist the chef and other catering staff with the preparation of hot and cold foods whilst following and implementing all health and safety regulations


Duties will include:

  • Preparing, cooking and serving meals for guests.
  • Keeping your work area clean and tidy and assist with the general cleaning throughout the kitchen.
  • Maintaining the kitchen equipment, utensils and machinery.
  • Completing cleaning duties and other administrative daily records We have a parttime vacancy but in all cases you will be required to be flexible in your approach to working hours as early mornings, weekends and evenings will form part of your weekly hours.
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is ideal but not essential as full training can be given.
