Associate Counsellor/Psychotherapist in Derbyshire

Empower Therapies aim to hold a pool of associate therapists with a variety of skills and experience to call on, as and when work becomes available.

Due to a continuing demand for therapy services, we are looking for additional psychotherapists to join our team.


We are specifically looking to recruit counsellors/psychotherapists to work on an ad-hoc basis with their own practice room in Derby/Derbyshire so they can see face to face clients.
We are looking for experience and training in working in the following areas:

• Relevant Counselling/Psychotherapy qualification
• BACP/UKCP registration/accreditation
• Experience of working with safeguarding issues and risk assessments
• Experience delivering therapy face to face, online and over the telephone
• Working with individual adults
• Working with young children aged 511 years
• Working with adolescents
• Working with couples
• EMDR
• Supervision qualification
• Access to own therapy room to see face to face and online clients in Derby/Derbyshire
• Indemnity insurance

All therapists are self-employed and rates start at £44 per session.
