    Job Title: TOC Network Engineer, Cingularity

     

    • This is a unique opportunity to join Cingularity, a division of IMG Studios specializing in bespoke live video networking and production solutions.

    Role Summary:

     
    As a TOC Network Engineer with Cingularity you will play a critical role in our 24/7 Technical Operations Centre (TOC) proactively identifying and resolving technical issues. You will work closely with the team to ensure flawless delivery of live broadcast content across global networks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Proactively monitor the Cingularity network using monitoring tools such as Nimbra Vision, Zabbix, Grafana, Mult viewers and Transport-Stream Probes.

    2. Participate in hybrid follow-the-sun support model including weekend working

    3. ​Contribute to high-performance culture by collaborating continuously learning focusing on customer satisfaction within the TOC team

    4. ​Review process monitor planned activities ensuring minimal disruption while ensuring safety service quality during international travel period at minimum once per year when necessary
