Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner Social Work to be the practice lead for Derbyshire's Prison Service Team.

The team supports HMP Foston and HMP Sudbury in the south of Derbyshire, HMP Foston is a women's prison and HMP Sudbury a male open prison, both prisons have plans for substantial increase in estate and the Prison team will need to expand with the increased demand.

The Prison team undertakes Derbyshire Care Act duties within the prisons, and involves working with individuals who may live in and be the responsibility of other Local Authorities.
