Property Administrator - Milton Keynes, United Kingdom - Huntress
Description
This is an exciting new opportunity for a Property Administrator to join a company based in Milton Keynes, working full time on a permanent contract.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week.Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Maintaining a portfolio of properties, keeping details up to date, for example price listings, etc.
- Liaising with vendors, property agents and mortgage providers
- Assisting with general administration and ad hoc tasks as required
- Ensuring all guidelines and compliance procedures are followed, following Health & Safety regulations
To be successful for this position, you must have strong communication and administration skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
A knowledge of property management and/ or sales would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
