Description

This is an exciting new opportunity for a Property Administrator to join a company based in Milton Keynes, working full time on a permanent contract.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Maintaining a portfolio of properties, keeping details up to date, for example price listings, etc.
  • Liaising with vendors, property agents and mortgage providers
  • Assisting with general administration and ad hoc tasks as required
  • Ensuring all guidelines and compliance procedures are followed, following Health & Safety regulations


To be successful for this position, you must have strong communication and administration skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

A knowledge of property management and/ or sales would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
