Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a
5-star reviewed client. Based in
Hertford, you'll be greeted with an energetic office and cooperative environment.

Do you have experience with Sage 50 and /or Excel?

Have the opportunity to be exposed to all the different types of account management. You will be responsible for the Purchase Ledger predominately as well as some Sales Ledger inquiries.

Training will be provided to the right go-getter


Your role as the Purchase Ledger Clerk will involve:

  • Banking duties via Sage
  • Manage supplier and customer payments/ invoices
  • Create new customer and supplier accounts
  • Produce monthly customer statements
  • Produce and process customer and supplier invoices
  • Help answer customer and supplier queries
  • Invoice reconciliation
  • General accounts administration: filing, scanning
