Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.

As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products/services.


Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide information about products and services, take orders, and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
  • Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate

Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
  • Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle high call volumes
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £23,577.33 per year
