Description
We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative.As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products/services.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide information about products and services, take orders, and resolve any issues or complaints
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle high call volumes
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From £23,577.33 per year
