We're hiring for a
Customer Success Executive - Branding who will be responsible for the delivery, optimisation, campaign success and reporting of campaigns for clients looking to reach THE's (and a wider) audience.


This position offers a great opportunity to grow your digital marketing skills while exercising your problem-solving ability and building strong relationships with colleagues & clients in a cutting-edge business.


Responsibilities:


  • Support the delivery, optimisation and reporting of onsite branding campaigns.
  • Work closely with Account Managers within the Customer Success team and other stakeholders (internal and external) to manage and deliver the endtoend campaign process.
  • Contribute to internal FAQs supporting Sales, Account Managers and Product team interactions with customers.
  • Contribute to the continual improvement of customer support processes.
  • Ensuring all event project plans are up to date.
  • Keeping abreast of current education trends, practices, developments, and regulatory changes, which may impact the way data is presented, entered or interpreted.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Proactive in identifying new ideas/trends and how they can be applied to existing campaigns and/or initiated as new ideas for existing clients.
  • Analytical from a marketing perspective able to explain user interactions and how content/campaigns can be optimised and refined to support future success.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide range of personalities, abilities, and cultures.
  • Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to understand and interpret the links between data and performance.
  • Process driven with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Logical thinking and problemsolving ability, innovative at creating solutions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Be able to act on your own initiative when dealing with issues, and to be proactive in your approach to your work but knowing when to seek advice.
  • Strong drive, selfmotivated.
  • Organised and analytical.
  • Able to handle multiple projects.
  • Switched on and cando attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
  • Commercial acumen.
  • Knowledge of the Higher Education sector would be beneficial.
