Description

We are searching for a Manual labourer/loader to join the waste /recycling department of the council on a temporary basis:

Performing setup and cleanup tasks on site.
Providing general maintenance of equipment.
Loading collections vehicles from households in South Hams based at either Ivybridge or Torr Quarry, Kingsbridge depots.
Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.
Ensure safe manual handling practices are followed.
Managing household waste and managing traffic around the vehicles.

Pay is £10.66 per hour.

Working hours are 07:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday.

Job Type:
Temporary contract.

Contract length: 3 months.

Salary:
From £10.66 per hour.
