Role Summary

Responsible for the configuration and customisation of the HRIS platform to align with organisational requirements.

Execute key HRIS related projects by completing system configuration requirements, documenting requested enhancements or changes, including approved changes to business processes, organisation, workflows, and security models.

Provide technical support to end users and ensure the efficient running of all HRIS related business processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Specialist in HRIS configuration, support, continuous improvement, and optimisation.
  • Deliver HRIS projects/integrations through execution of testing and data loads. Ensure project deliverables are fully met through solid system/solution design.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to the HRIS functionality in a timely manner, supporting end users and business process events.
  • Responsible for performing data analysis to ensure the system is properly recording specific metrics while ensuring information security, testing updates, and improving process efficiency. Work closely with HR stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and create custom reports/dashboards to deliver insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Create and maintain enduser and training documentation and participate in training activities for internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct data audits to identify inconsistencies and discrepancies, rectifying them as necessary.
  • Engage with the HRIS system community to build knowledge, develop skills and stay up to date with industry trends to optimise system utilisation.
  • Ensure data privacy requirements are upheld through strong user access management protocols, security design, and operations.
  • Perform regular system updates and maintenance tasks.
  • Delegation of authority for HRIS and BA Manager when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience

  • College degree in Business / Human Resources / Information Technology field preferred.
  • Proven technical proficiency in HRIS systems configuration (Workday preferred).
  • Indepth knowledge of HR processes and workflows.
  • Experience with systems integration methodologies (API's).
  • Good working knowledge of Office 365 suite.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
