Role Overview:


  • The role offers multiple opportunities to improve the testing approach and methodology and one of the key responsibility will be to select and implement a testing tool to support the programme of work.

Key Responsibilities:

To perform this role successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

  • Manage the testing work stream on the ERP programme and other related projects. Defining and delivering the required documentation on a timely basis to satisfy the applied governance model and stakeholder expectations
  • Drive the transformation required from waterfall to agile with the programme team
  • Responsible for the Test planning and preparation with the project team members for each cycles
  • Collaborate with the businesses and functional leads to ensure testing is aligned with business processes
  • Drive and support the project team during sprint delivery to ensure all testing is done according to our plan and criteria.
  • Providing key metrics that demonstrates a clear view of the testing cycles to a range of stakeholders. In case of bottlenecks, plans and organises solution with the project team.
  • Identify and describe appropriate test techniques to provide efficient test solutions
  • Estimate effort of software testing based on provided requirements
  • Ensure delivery of all test deliverables as defined by the test Strategy as part of the overall plan
  • Coach, guide and assist the project team in Agile and test area to fulfil their missions.

Critical Competencies for Success:


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong problemsolving & collaborative skills
  • ERP experience (General allround knowledge of ERP within different modules for example Sales, Manufacturing, etc) i.e good understanding of business processes and business scenario's
  • Significant test management experience in an Agile environment
  • Experience in driving test design/scripts and execution for evaluation of fitforpurpose.
  • Experience of leading and motivating multifunctional teams through various test phases
  • Appreciation of working across a diverse global geography
  • Proven stakeholder management and working with 3rd party suppliers/internal suppliers across multiple projects
  • Experience in stakeholder facing test management
  • Agile and Scrum certified is preferable
