Our client are currently seeking a Product Support Executive to joint their team on an initial 6 month FTC basis.

The Product Support Executive will be screening insurance applicants. The Product Support Executive will be confident and have outstanding communicationsskills, with the ability to ask sensitive questions.


Key responsibilities for the Product Support Executive

  • Support on customer queries relating to insurance and financial services products and processes
  • Conduct screening for Insurance applicants ensuring all requirements and documentation is secured.
  • Carry out general administrative duties to support the daytoday operation of the Insurance and Financial Services department.
  • Support with monitoring and updating the figures for new customers.
