The Human Resources Department plays a vital role supporting the College translate and deliver the people component of its strategic plan.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced generalist HR practitioner who is a graduate member of the CIPD, or willing to achieve Level 5 CIPD qualification, to join our team as HR Officer.
You will provide the College's employee relations service including managing casework, liaising with the occupational health provider and the unions.
In addition using your business and HR acumen you will be assigned a number of key managers to support through an HR business partner relationship.
