I'm currently working on an exciting role with Manufacturing business based in Sheffield. The role is to cover a month maternity leave.

This company operates in a hands on fashion with a great team environment.

You'll be to type of person that's outgoing can get the job done and have a smile on your face.

A good relationship builder will be key to build rapport with customers.

You will manage the Sales Ledger for the company as well as look after the Credit Control function. You'll keep customer accounts up to date in line with their payment terms and forecast cashflow to senior management.


This role will include:

  • Create Invoices to send to customers
  • Credit Control
  • Enter transactions into Excel and finance system
  • Ensure customers pay to agreed payment terms
  • Deal with customer disputes and ensure they are resolved quickly
  • Work closely within the finance team and liaise across various departments

Skills and experience:

  • 3 years' experience of working in Accounts Receivable
  • Meticulous and focused
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A good communicator
  • 5, 5 days per week
Flexible in terms of working hours
£25,000 - £28,000 per hour Depending on experience
20 days holiday + bank holidays


Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
