We have an exciting opportunity for a Legacy & In Memory Marketing Officer to join our new and growing team in Hammersmith, London.

The Legacy & In-Memory Marketing Officer will plan and deliver compelling campaigns to acquire new supporters and retain and develop existing supporters.

You will work on key aspects of these crucial income streams, including acquisition marketing & stewardship.

You will be a vital member of our team, all working to maximise the investment made by Maggie's in this area and achieve significant growth in revenue income - ultimately to bring Maggie's cancer care to everyone who needs us.

Responsibilities:

To project manage multichannel direct marking campaigns from precampaign insight and briefing, through to delivery, optimisation and postcampaign review
Plan and deliver compelling activity to drive action from new supporters
Support the development & implementation of sector leading journeys to retain and develop existing supporters
Collaborate with and supervise external agencies and suppliers to deliver excellent work, on time and to budget
Review live metrics and make recommendations, continuously testing and learning to optimise campaigns
Proactively identify new ways to engage supporters and grow income from legacy and inmemory giving.
