Role Summary


We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative People Operations Resourcing Business Partner to support the People Operations Lead and provide a high-quality, end-to-end recruitment service, working in partnership with hiring managers to achieve their resourcing needs.


You will be responsible for ARIA's in-house resourcing model, advising on attraction strategies, best practice hiring approaches and developing future talent pools.


Your ability to create a culture where challenging the status quo is encouraged will be a key factor to succeed in this role, and this is also a great opportunity to work with senior stakeholders in the organisation.


What you'll do

  • The scope of the role will evolve as ARIA continues to grow, but will broadly involve the following:_
  • To provide an expert and professional recruitment and people operations service to all hiring and line managers across all levels of the organisation
  • Support the People Operations Lead to provide HR advice and consultation across the business supporting staff, managers and executives in all related areas and regions including: recruitment, performance management, compensation and rewards, employee casework, and people development
  • To develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with talent partners, colleagues and service providers, establishing professional credibility
  • Proactively identify areas within services that require development around recruitment activities and work with colleagues to resolve these
  • Act as an employer brand ambassador for ARIA in all your external activities, working with leadership and marketing to develop this where required
  • To undertake or lead on project work and recruitment policy development work, as required

Who you are

  • Generalist HR experience working in a fastpaced environment
  • Recruitment experience (ideally gained inhouse) but if not, an understanding of best practice and internal recruitment practices
  • Full recruitment campaign management experience, including specialist and executive hires
  • Experience of writing compelling advertising copy, building engaging narratives, and utilising social media to gain traction
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation related to recruitment, including GDPR
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated, used to working at pace and multitasking with limited supervision
  • A passion for diversity and inclusion in all approaches
  • Experience of using Google Suite and recruitment Application Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Ability to educate and influence senior leadership through analysing and presenting recruitment and people data

Desirable

  • Knowledge of public sector rules around recruitment, pay and benefits

Qualifications

  • CIPD level 5 qualified and / or Assoc CIPD
