From £30,000 to £32,000 per year


Enable are looking for a forward-thinking, efficient person to join the team and make a difference to how we operate.

Supporting the business with day-to-day functions and exciting new projects.


Main Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for shared inboxes.
  • Managing a central system for monitoring and logging complaints, comments, Freedom of Information Requests making sure all are dealt with in accordance with the procedure and reporting figures quarterly.
  • Manage company performance data, ensuring deadlines are met and reports ready for client.
  • Review workplace procedures to streamline and increase efficiencies.
  • Manage receptiontake post, deliveries and dealing with visitors and contractors, managing stock checks and ordering where needed.
  • Manage the room bookings for the company making sure the rooms are fully equipped and operate effectively.
  • Support facility management by managing the /CAFM system, tracking repair requests, liaising with contractors, raising POs and maintaining accurate budget records with input of invoices and purchase orders raised.
  • Support mangers with the preparation of financial reports.
  • Manage vehicle bookings
  • Keep IT inventory up to date and assist with disbursement of equipment and returning.
  • Seeking quotes for goods and services in line with Enable's Procurement Code.
  • To comply with all, Enable Codes of practice and policies and procedures concerning data protection and health and safety.
  • The postholder will be required to work the occasional evening or weekend to support Enable requirements.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the overall function, commensurate with the grading and level of responsibilities of the post.
  • Required to occasionally travel inside and outside of the borough either by driving, cycling or using public transport. Required to drive Enable's vehicles both in and outside the borough when appropriate.
