This is an amazing opportunity to take ownership of the CRO function and roll out testing and optimization, to increase online conversions for this Health & Well-being company based in Surrey.

THE COMPANY

Doubling its customer base in under 4 months, they are an emerging player in the Health & Well-being sector, with a huge focus on driving revenue through e-commerce.

With the wider market moving as it is, conversion rate optimization is ever important toensure consistent revenue and ensure customers are met with quality online experiences.

Now they have their product offering established, they are looking to expand their commerce across borders. It's an exciting time to join.

THE ROLE

You'll join as a CRO Specialist at a mid-level, with a direct report to the Head of CRO & Analytics, and take ownership of CRO function.

Making key decisions on what testing to carry out, changing the CRO roadmap and looking for new tools and processes tointegrate into the workflow to increase conversion.

With Google Optimise being sunsetted in due course, this is a great opportunity to make key changes to the internal tool stack.

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

To be a successful applicant, you should have:

18+ months' commercial experience in Digital Optimisation
Experience with AB testing and CRO strategy
Experience with Google Optimise, Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, ContentSquare

Up to £40,000 base salary + 10% bonus based on experience
